Qué datos se tratan y para qué
Tu partida.
Play Juegos.
Algunas transferencias a EE. No vendemos tus datos.
Menores
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a soporte@wolia.app.
Borrar tus datos
No creamos cuentas propias.

What data is processed and why
Your game. Your progress (levels, stars, Guardian houses, settings) is stored on your own device. You don't need an account to play and we don't send your game to any server of ours.
Play Games. If you use Google Play Games on your device, the game identifies you with your Play Games player profile (managed by Google; we don't create accounts or see your email) and stores a copy of your game in Play Games “Saved games” so you can restore it on another device. Your total stars and longest chain appear on Play Games leaderboards under your player name. It is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can delete it from the Google Play Games app or settings (see below).
Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example, which levels are completed or abandoned) and to improve it. It collects an installation identifier, device and system data, approximate location derived from the IP address, and gameplay events. Legal basis: legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the game. In addition, to measure our Google Ads campaigns (for example, how many people who saw an ad install the game and play it), Analytics may use the advertising ID and share this data with Google Ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it only does so if you accept it in the consent notice; elsewhere you can prevent it by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in Android settings. Data is kept for at most 14 months.
Advertising. The game is free and shows Google AdMob ads: videos you choose to watch for extra moves and, occasionally, a full-screen ad between levels. AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device data and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before the first ad is shown; if you decline, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the map → “Options” → “Ad privacy”, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. More information: how Google uses data.
Nothing else. The game doesn't ask for your name, email, precise location, contacts or photos, and has no chat.
Who it is shared with
Only Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which serves the ads and provides Play Games and usage statistics under its own policies. Some transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@wolia.app. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Delete your data
We don't create our own accounts. Uninstalling the game deletes it from your device; the Play Games copy is deleted from the Google Play Games app or settings. Details: how to delete your data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date.
